SHIPPING POLICY

At ChaZen Matcha, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Time: Shipping within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love your ChaZen Matcha products! However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You have 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
